ARTICLE 4. Water Recycling Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

The board may make grants to municipalities for facility planning studies for water recycling projects. The amount of the grants may not exceed seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) per study.
