ARTICLE 1. Water Supply, Reliability, and Infrastructure Account

The Water Supply, Reliability, and Infrastructure Account is hereby created in the fund. The sum of six hundred thirty million dollars ($630,000,000) is hereby transferred from the fund to the account.
