CHAPTER 2. Creation of Authority

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 849, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003.

(a) The San Francisco Bay Area Regional Water System Financing Authority is hereby created.

(b) The members of the authority include the public entities identified in Section 81608.5, Stanford University, and the California Water Service Company.
