ARTICLE 2. Employees

Repealed and added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 366, Sec. 19. Effective January 1, 2008.

(a) The board may appoint an executive officer.

(b) The board may appoint a chief engineer.

(c) The board may employ legal counsel and other necessary staff.
