ARTICLE 5. Cooperation Between Board and Department of Water Resources

Any cash, bond, check or other security forfeited by any bidder or contractor for failure to enter into or to perform any contract for doing work under this article shall be forfeited to and recovered by the board for the use of the drainage district.
