CHAPTER 11. Method of Elections for Ramirez Water District

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 699, Sec. 1. Effective October 10, 1995.

The board of directors may at any time alter, repeal, or amend the district’s bylaws by a majority vote. Any alteration, repeal, or amendment to the bylaws shall be recorded with the county recorder of each affected county.
