ARTICLE 2. Original and Additional Assessments

Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 38, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1993.

After the period of 30 days, all unpaid original assessments shall bear interest at the rate of 11/2 percent per month unless the board, by resolution, adopts a lesser rate and files a certified copy of the resolution with the county treasurer.
