ARTICLE 3.2. Welfare-to-Work Activities

Repealed and added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 270, Sec. 77. Effective August 11, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998, by Sec. 183 of Ch. 270.

It is the intent of the Legislature to fund welfare-to-work activities under this article so that all recipients of aid under this chapter for whom participation under this article is required can be served and, in addition, so that recipients voluntarily participating under this article can be served.
