CHAPTER 6.3. Intensive Services Foster Care

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 46, Sec. 56. (AB 161) Effective July 2, 2024. Conditionally repealed by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 6.3, commencing with Section 18360.

This chapter shall become inoperative on July 1, 2028, or 24 months after the effective date specified in paragraph (9) of subdivision (h) of Section 11461, whichever is later, and, as of January 1 of the following year, is repealed.
