ARTICLE 1. Planning, Research, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance

The Director of Health Care Services shall organize appropriate staff of the department to ensure implementation of the planning, research, evaluation, technical assistance, and quality assurance responsibilities set forth in this chapter.
