ARTICLE 9. Interpretation

Added June 2, 1998, by initiative Proposition 227. Note: In the text, "this statute" refers to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 300), which was added by Prop. 227.

Under circumstances in which portions of this statute are subject to conflicting interpretations, Section 300 shall be assumed to contain the governing intent of the statute.
