ARTICLE 4. Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education Program

The Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, in conjunction with the State Department of Social Services and the State Employment Development Department, shall adopt guidelines for the cooperative agencies resources for education programs. The board of governors shall be responsible for the administration of the funds for the program.
