ARTICLE 4. Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education Program

For the 1983–84 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, this article shall be operative only if funds are specifically appropriated for the purposes of the cooperative agencies resources for education programs pursuant to this article.
