Food and Agricultural Code § 34624

Any container, including any ice cream cabinet, which is commonly used or intended for the reception, storage, or delivery of milk, cream, or any product of milk or cream shall be used exclusively for the storage and use of milk and milk products. It shall not be used for any other purpose.
