ARTICLE 4. UHT Nonfat Milk, Skim Milk, or Fat-Free Milk
UHT nonfat, skim, or fat-free milk shall contain not more than twenty hundredths of 1 percent of milk fat and not less than 8.25 percent milk solids-not-fat.
