Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 223, Sec. 3. (AB 2231) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 4, commencing with Section 21400.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
