ARTICLE 3. Licensing

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 475, Sec. 20. (AB 1284) Effective October 4, 2017. Section operative January 1, 2019, by its own provisions.

(a) A person shall not engage in the business of a program administrator without obtaining a license from the commissioner.

(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
