Financial Code § 6100

Each association shall prepare and publish annually within the time prescribed by the commissioner in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which its home office is located, and shall deliver to each member or stockholder upon request, a statement of its financial condition in the form prescribed or approved by the commissioner.
