ARTICLE 3. The California Navel Orange Commission

Any producer member or his or her alternate shall be an individual, partner, or employee of a producer who has a financial interest in producing, or causing to be produced, navel oranges for market.

A producer member or alternate shall meet this requirement during the entire term of office.
