ARTICLE 3. The California Navel Orange Commission

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 494, Sec. 1. Effective July 28, 1983.

Any handler member or his or her alternate shall be an individual, partner, or employee of a handler who has a financial interest in handling navel oranges for market.

A handler member or alternate shall meet this requirement during the entire term of office.
