ARTICLE 2. Registration of Life Policies

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

Such mortgage may be deposited in the State treasury as part of the securities required by this article. Such mortgage is withdrawable in like manner with other securities in the deposit. The commissioner shall require the mortgage to be recorded before acceptance for deposit.
