ARTICLE 2. Policy Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

Every such contract or policy shall contain a clause to the effect that jurisdiction of the employer will, for the purpose of the law imposing liability for compensation, be jurisdiction of the insurer.
