ARTICLE 1. Qualification and Licensing

Repealed (in Sec. 3) and added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 768, Sec. 4. (AB 2043) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative July 1, 2023, by its own provisions.

(a) Bail licenses are:

(1) Bail agents’ licenses.

(2) Bail permittees’ licenses.

(3) Bail solicitors’ licenses.

(4) Bail fugitive recovery agent licenses.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2023.
