Insurance Code § 1834
CHAPTER 8. Life and Disability Insurance Analysts
Such license shall be obtained only on a written application on a form prescribed by the commissioner. The commissioner may decline to act upon an incomplete or defective application until amendments or an amended application are filed with him which complete the prescribed form and are properly executed. He may prescribe the form of such amendments or amended application.
