Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 144, Sec. 7. (AB 361) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 3.4, commencing with Section 20119.8.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2031, and as of that date is repealed.
