ARTICLE 3.5. Counties

This article applies to public works contracts awarded by counties subject to Title 3 (commencing with Section 23000) of the Government Code. For purposes of this article, the population of a county shall be the most recent estimate determined by the Demographic Research Unit of the Department of Finance.
