ARTICLE 6.5. Sewer and Garbage Facilities in the Calaveras County Water District

Notwithstanding any other provisions contained in this division, the Calaveras County Water District, or an improvement district formed therein pursuant to the provisions of this division, may pursuant to the provisions of this article authorize and finance the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities for the collection, transmission, treatment, and disposal of sewage, waste and storm water and garbage, waste and trash within the district.
