ARTICLE 6.5. Sewer and Garbage Facilities in the Calaveras County Water District

For the purposes of this article, the Board of Directors of the Calaveras County Water District may levy and collect taxes in the manner provided in this division. Such tax revenues shall be available for capital outlay purposes or for the accumulation of a reserve fund for capital outlay purposes.
