CHAPTER 4. Transfer of Districts From One County to Another

The auditor and treasurer of the county to which a district is transferred shall draw their warrant upon the treasurer of the county within which the district was previously situated for all of the funds of the district in the treasury of such county, and the funds shall be so transferred into the treasury of the county to which the district is transferred.
