ARTICLE 11. Property Disposition, Rehabilitation and Development

Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 565, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1998.

It is the intent of the Legislature that property acquired from a redevelopment agency pursuant to a redevelopment plan not be the subject of real estate speculation.
